Returns and Refunds (Clothing)
- What are the terms of the exchange policy?
- We do have an exchange policy, once the customer has initiated the exchange request, our customer care executive will contact and reach out to you for the further process. Once the return order reaches the factory and verified the backend team will initiate the new order
- What are the terms of the Return Policy?
- Customers can return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick-up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non-serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick-up policy, you will have to self-ship the product(s)
- In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been used. Defective products should not be sent back to us unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at cc@carbon-copy.in and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the team, a refund will be provided to your original payment method.
- If by any chance you feel that there is an issue with your order or if there is a package tampering, we request you to record and unpacking video for a smooth return process
- If you must return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. Partial returns will not be accepted. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other queries regarding this, you can contact us on the number or email us at cc@carbon-copy.in
- How do I create a return request?
There are three ways of returning your order:
Method 1:
- You can log into your account and select the return option in your 'Order History'
- Select the products to be returned
- Select the reason for which you need to return the item
- Select the payment method for the refund
- Verify the return address
- Return the item with no questions asked
Method 2:
- Go to the ‘Return Your Order’ at the bottom of the website
- Enter your order number and Email/Phone number
- Select the products to be returned
- Select the reason for which you need to return the item
- Select the payment method for the refund
- Verify the return address
- Return the item with no questions asked
Method 3:
- Customer can initiate a return request through our E-mail (cc@carbon-copy.in) or our business number (7277118833) and share the picture of the product and also the reason for exchange
- Our customer care will respond quickly and take you through the return steps
- Once the product is returned to the factory our backend team will initiate the exchange order
- I have created a return request. When will the product be picked up?
- Once we receive this request, courier partner team will arrive at the address for a pickup within 2 business days. After the product is picked up, the complete amount will be refunded to your account within 4-7 business days. Please ensure the product(s) and the tags are intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted by the courier company
- My product has been picked up but I have not got my refund yet.
- The refund for the product will only be initiated once the return product has reached the factory and inspected by the quality management. Once the QC is done the backup team will quickly initiate the refund to the source
- The product I want to return was bought at a discount. Will I get refunded the full amount?
- No. You will only receive the exact amount paid for the product

- Exchange/Returns:
As phone cases are made to order we take our Exchange/Return policy very seriously. We understand that sometimes situations arise where an exchange or return is necessary. We offer exchanges or returns only under the following circumstances:
- Damage: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We may request photographic evidence of the damage to expedite the process.
- Wrong Product Received: In the rare event that you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on returning the incorrect product and shipping the correct one.
- Unpacking Video:
To facilitate a smooth return process, we highly recommend creating an unpacking video when you receive your order. This video can serve as documentation in case of any issues with the product. If you need to initiate a return, having an unpacking video can help streamline the process and expedite resolution.
- Return Procedure:
To request an exchange or return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at 7277118833 within 5 days of receiving the item.
- Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and, if applicable, attach relevant photos.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, providing instructions on returning the item and arranging for a replacement or refund.
- An alternative return procedure is to click on this return portal. Just have to enter your order ID and phone number and click on return, no questions asked.
- Refund Timeline:
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund or replacement within 2-5 business days. The timeline may vary depending on the nature of the return.
